  • The requested information is exclusively for the purchase of train tickets and are: names, surnames, age, country, document and document number.

  • One night before the tour, an agent will appear in the lobby of the Client’s hotel to agree on the starting point and everything related to the requested tour agenda.
  • On the day of the tour, the Client must only appear at the place and time agreed for the start of the tour. Ticket Machu Picchu is not responsible for cases of delay or absence of the Client on the day of the tour.

Payment conditions

  • Ticket Machu Picchu , for being an intermediary agent, charges a commission on the base price of the entrance to Machu Picchu.
  • The purchase of our other services: train, bus, tour guide service, transportation to the stations and tours do not include this commission. Final prices are published on our website.
  • The purchase of the Machu Picchu ticket includes a shipping commission that is made when payment is made. This amount varies according to the payment method you chose.
  • The Client can make the payment of his reservation through the following ways: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or PayPal .
  • Any refund through American Express includes a shipping fee of US $ 7.08.
  • In the case of 100% refunds, a commission of 5% is charged for sending money through the different payment methods.

Ticket Issuance

  • Tickets with entry date for 2020 cannot be modified to enter in 2021. If a change of date from 2020 to 2020 is required, the initial reservation must be canceled and a new reservation generated by 2021.

About the discount for minors, students and citizens of the CAN at the entrance Machu Picchu
