This is the tour itinerary

The tour begins with the pick up from the door of your hotel and the transfer by minivan to the Hydroelectric station (6 or 7 hour trip). After lunch in a tourist restaurant, we will walk for 2 hours until we arrive at the town of Aguas Calientes. There we will spend the night in a tourist hotel (dinner in a tourist restaurant). The next day, after breakfast, we will go up to Machu Picchu by bus. The tour takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Then we will return to Cusco by the same section: by the route to Hidroeléctrica.

1 DAY 1. Cusco – Hydroelectric

1. The tour begins in the city of Cusco with the pick up of the tourist at the door of his hotel between 8 and 8.15 am.
2. On board a large minivan we will tour the landscapes of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. In the town of Ollantaytambo we will stop for 25 minutes to rest our legs, use the restrooms and do last-minute shopping.
3. Then we continue the trip passing through the Malaga pass until we enter the jungle of Cusco. After touring the towns of Santa María and Santa Teresa we will arrive at the Hydroelectric station after approximately 6 hours of travel.

2 DAY 1. Hydroelectric - Aguas Calientes

1. In Hidroeléctrica we will enjoy lunch in a tourist restaurant. Then an assistant will guide us through the route we will follow: the famous 10 kilometer walk (2 hours) to Aguas Calientes, where we will arrive at around 6:30 in the afternoon.
2. After settling in our hotels, at around 7:30 pm, we will enjoy dinner at a tourist restaurant. There the guide will give us more details about the Machu Picchu adventure that we will do on the next day.
3. During the rest of the night we can rest or enjoy the thermal baths of the place (not included in the tour).

3 DAY 2. Aguas Calientes - Machupicchu by bus

1. Very early, averaging 6 am (or before), we will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the chosen tourist hotel.
2. At 6.30 am we must board the buses that will take us in 30 minutes to the entrance gate of Machu Picchu.
3. The bus ride is comfortable. Through the windows, tourists will appreciate the beautiful mountainous landscapes that are the prelude to Machu Picchu.

4 DAY 2. Guided tour of Machu Picchu

1. The route follows an established circuit (it is forbidden to go back). The tour includes the 'Machupicchu Solo' ticket, which allows you to do circuit 2: the most recommended to visit Machupicchu.
2. In Machu Picchu we will meet with the group and the tour guide to make the circuit through Machu Picchu: we will visit constructions such as the House of the Guardian (classic photo), the Main Square, the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, the Sacred Rock and more.
